Automatic Gates / Barriers
If you have a set of gates or barriers and you are no longer happy with the company that services them, ShieldFS can provide you with a take over service. Upon inspection by a trained ShiedFS gate engineer, we can provide you with a report on the condition of the gates and will inform you of any alterations that need to be done to bring the system upto regulatory condition before we take them over.
Design
ShieldFS has the capability to get a gate fully designed and manufactrured in wood
and metal. Making sure we can give you the full effect you require from the gates.
Installation Phase One
Once the design is complete and you are happy, we then begin the installation of the
gates. This first requires the two main phases of instalation. First is phase one which
consists of installing the posts, cabling and underground motor boxes (if required).
This is then left to settle and dry then we return for phase two.
After Care
12 months after the gate has been installed, they will need a health check. Similar to a check up at the doctors, the gates need to be checked for any physical damage, any damage to the rams or motors. We also check the oil level of the rams if required and test the gates safety devices to make sure they work correctly.
Installation Phase Two
Final Phase, This is when all the rams are installed, the gates are installed and rams connected. The system is then commissioned and the gates are then checked and handed over to the client.
